Are you a business owner navigating the path of entrepreneurship, sole trader or self-employment and possibly feeling something like frustration, feeling lost or seeking that extra push to propel your venture forward? These are all normal, and whilst they may feel challenging, this is what I can help with.
You are trying so hard to get your business in the future how you want it, but keep coming up against walls or another day researching to try and understand something. Keep going. You will make it, and with a little help, things will become clearer. This is why my motto is Hope, Clarity and Progress. It is something we all need from time to time.
Have you tried talking to family and friends, and they give you a polite smile and say, “That sounds great?” This is one of many examples, but you do not feel like they understand or fully support you because they may not fully get it or understand what you are doing but do not want to hurt your feelings or have you thinking they do not support you. It is tough when you are trying to get noticed, bring in the money, and grow the business.
Plus, you need to work out the marketing, then the business strategy or the business plan needs to be worked out, or it needs to come together as you had hoped, but something is blocking you or in the way of the progress, and you are unsure what that could be. You have a checklist but are unsure if all are on the list. Running your own business comes with responsibility, frustrations, and sometimes confusion while trying to determine the priority of your small business empire and making an income. Still, when someone else listens, and you can sound out what is happening inside your brain, then there are shifts in your thinking.

That is me; I am all this and more. Granted, I can get excited as I love hearing other people’s business ideas. It fuels the imagination and inspires me, and I love seeing people finish a call with a big smile because they know I get it and support you and your adventure. Why did I start this?
The simple answer is that I was a frustrated new business owner trying to do things the way others were doing them and hoping I would succeed, but I needed to figure out how to. I spent hours, nope years, watching videos on YouTube, joining groups and doing webinars in the hope of finding the answers I was looking for because I was too shy to ask some of the questions out of fear, feeling inadequate and more.
Topics like imposter syndrome and others kept coming up. I would watch the webinars and join boot camps and challenges. All of these did help, but not fast enough because I was still searching for something. I never knew what till one day, I met Leah, a business mentor, who I was already chatting online through one of the boot camps I was on for bookkeeping. So when Leah started her Business Mindset Academy and later became the Academy of Self Mastery, I finally started to clear what was blocking me. It has been just over a year, and I am not the shy person I was when I first started this journey.
Then, a few months ago, I was thinking about my business, and I still felt like I had yet to reach the path I was meant to be on. It came to me through looking at what I am passionate about, my skills and where I want to be. Chapter Foundations began to take form and come to life, and I have not looked back since.
I am bringing all my skills and passions together to help others do the same, and I enjoy hearing other business owners’ ideas and dreams for them and their businesses. I have some fantastic connections that I have tried and tested, and I look forward to helping people like you reach for your dreams in business and personally.
